How We Develop Spiritual Leaders
Over half of Africa’s population is 25 and younger. Who is developing the minds of African and Asian youth?
WILD offers biblical leadership material that is simple, understandable and culturally transferable. Several world views are attempting to capture the minds of the young people. Whatever worldviews aggressively pursues the next generation, will control their respective continents in the future.
Our Women's Ministry
Women’s Spiritual Leadership is an important aspect of our ministry and is one of the fast-growing wings of WILD.
More and more women want to learn. In most parts of Africa women have less education but these trainings are empowering them to be effective members of the church. We are committed to empowering women to fulfill their Biblical role in and outside the church. Women identify their spiritual gifts, and we teach them how to use them.
How We Improve Youth Lives
We discovered that youth were not involved in the life of the church because they were not trained. Those who have passed through our programs are now part of their local churches in decision making because they have won the respect from the older members.
Youth Ministry Training raises up the next generation for Christ. We lead the way in this mission with our original materials which can be used by either a pastor or a volunteer. Our Youth Ministry Training teaches practical skills for young people who are called to youth ministry. As with our other training, young people learn material that has Biblical accuracy and cultural relevance. Therefore, we give these young people the tools they need to impact their peers for Christ.
Our Youth Invites consist of Youth Camp Conferences. We actively seek young people to attend seminars and conferences that are designed to build relationships between leaders and young people. We hope that these relationships will provide discipleship opportunities.
