THANK YOU for praying with us!  We could not do what we do without the power of your prayers!

     Some recently as how does WILD define success because there are a lot of activities and achievements happening within WILD?  Is it the volume of activity or something else, because activity numbers are not indicative of success according to Scripture?

Leadership development was one of the top two prayer requests listed for many countries, as published by Operation World.  A real, clear-cut need is being met.

There is no success without a successor, meaning if the vision is not multiplied starting with the founding team to the layers of a group, the vision dies when the leader dies. Reproduction of WILD’s mission and vision occurs at the WILD Board level and flows to the country levels through decisions and actions that all levels have or are putting in place. The vision among WILD teams, especially the National Directors, expands as the directors reveal goals and plans to reach all their country with WILD training.  They are doing the stretching of WILD.

Also, WILD is growing as indigenous people get more involved in ministry opportunities. Essentially all the teaching and training that occurs is accomplished by our national team members. They are the catalysts who step into spheres of society and culture WILD previously had not entered.

According to testimonies and interactions, WILD participants indicate their lives are changed as they commit to grow spiritually.  Non-Christians attend WILD   trainings as well, and some make a salvation commitment.  Additionally, God is leading people not yet involved, to request WILD to come to their areas and provide teaching.

WILD personnel diligently work to keep the main thing, the main thing.  There is a plethora of ministry opportunities available and desperately needed but WILD stays devoted to its original vision and core values, yet willing to partner with other ministries that are involved in ministries WILD is not centered upon.
