the opportunity to teach the High School Leadership and Team Development classes in public high schools!
Unfortunately, the testimonials from recent students are too long to include here but believe me when I say they are super encouraging! They all talked about the ways the class impacted them and the many things they learned. Like their need to be a humble leader so that they can serve others well and not fall into the pitfall of pride. Some talked about the importance of making everyone on their team feel heard, and to treat others with dignity and respect. Several gave examples of how they applied some of the principles from the class in their personal lives and how doing so has improved their relationships with others and helped them to make better decisions and become better people themselves. One even talked about the importance of mentoring so that others can be the best they can be, and that you’re not only helping the other person to grow, but that you are grown through mentoring others too. I wish I could share all the testimonies, but this isn’t the place to do it! Reach out to us if you would like to hear more about how the classes are impacting students. As we gear up for another school year, please pray for the students to be impacted by the class material and for the teachers to be able to develop one on one relationships where they can speak truth into their students’ lives.
