THE ABILITY TO EQUIP LEADERS
In the African context, many leaders enter ministry without training. Many people in church leadership have very low levels of education. Some pastors can’t even read or write. Some have been raised in one denomination making it difficult to work outside that denomination. These are some of the reasons WILD has had great impact. WILD is coming alongside them and equipping them with the skills and knowledge they need to build their ministries. The certificates they receive from completing our materials and trainings may be the first certificate they have ever received in their lives! Please continue to pray for those being trained in our material. Pray for the finances to continue to hold trainings, and for our materials to continue to equip them to build their ministries.
Galatians 6:9-10
9 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
10 Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.
